Where are you shipping from?

We're based in London and have warehouses and suppliers globally to accommodate our varied product selection and orders.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes and for any order over £150, we offer worldwide shipping for free. For all orders below £150, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Will I need to sign for my order?

For orders shipped within the UK, Royal mail will not require a signature for delivery and may leave your parcel in a safe place if requested or deemed appropriate.

Once you receive your tracking number, you will be able to amend your delivery preferences with Royal mail. If you have any issues amending these details, please contact us straight away.

For international orders it depends on the courier to whether a signature is required, but we can address any queries before you make a purchase.

How do I get further dimension's for a product?

Before placing your order, we recommend that you read the product information and measure the intended space, along with all access points within your property. This will ensure that we're able to successfully deliver your item and you will be pleased with it in your space on arrival.
