Delivery

We aim to deliver within 1 to 3 weeks. While most orders fit this timeframe, unforeseen supply chain challenges may extend a small percentage of deliveries to 30 days or more.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way, including a tracking number. Use this on our tracking page for live delivery updates.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over £150. For orders under £150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Some countries attract unavoidable import tariffs, which are outside our control.

What is your order processing timeframe?

We typically process orders within one to three days before dispatch.

Will I need to sign for my order?

For UK orders, Royal Mail does not require a signature and may leave your parcel in a safe place. Once you have your tracking number, you can update delivery preferences through the carrier's app or website. If you have any trouble with this, contact us.

What if my contact details are incorrect? How do I let you know?

Contact us as soon as you spot the mistake and we'll do our best to update your order before it dispatches.

How do I get further dimensions for a product?

Dimensions are listed on each product page. If you need additional measurements before ordering, contact us and we'll get you what you need.

I have not received an order confirmation email, what can I do?

Confirmation emails can take up to two hours to arrive. Check your junk folder first. If it's still not there, contact us and we'll look into it.

Where do your products come from?

We source from manufacturers and suppliers across Asia, Europe, and the UK. Every piece is chosen for its design and quality, regardless of where it's made.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability. Items that have been used or assembled after the damage was visible cannot be processed as damaged on arrival.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly and once an order is with the courier we are unable to cancel or amend it.

What is your returns policy?

We are a small business and do not offer change-of-mind returns beyond your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. If you wish to do this, contact us and we will advise on next steps. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
