Shipping policy

Free UK delivery on all orders over £150. Below that, standard UK rates apply, calculated at checkout.

EU and international delivery is calculated at checkout based on destination, size and weight. Smaller orders may still qualify for free EU delivery over £150.

Larger and oversized pieces, such as sofas, dining tables, coffee tables and mirrors, are excluded from free delivery and carry a flat delivery charge that reflects their size. For a small number of remote destinations an additional surcharge may apply; if it does, we will contact you to confirm before dispatch.

Most orders are delivered within 1 to 3 weeks. Larger or bulkier items may take longer, as we use considered, economical shipping for oversized pieces. Any import duties or customs fees incurred at the destination are the responsibility of the recipient.
