Do you supply trade accounts outside the UK?

Yes. We work with trade accounts across Australia, the United States and Europe, including Germany, France, the Netherlands and Scandinavia. Australia is one of our most established trade markets. International orders are handled the same way as UK ones, and we confirm your account within two working days of applying.

What trade discount do you offer, and how is it applied?

Trade pricing is enquiry led, up to 17% off our listed retail prices. There is no fixed percentage on every order: tell us what you would like to order and we agree a price based on the products, quantities and scale of your project. Once it is agreed we can invoice you at the trade price or set up a discount code for you to use at checkout, whichever suits you. You will not see trade prices until your account is set up.

Is there a minimum order value?

No. There is no minimum order value to open an account or to place an order. The programme works for a single piece or a large multi-site project alike.

How do I pay?

Trade orders are paid before dispatch by bank transfer, PayPal or card through our checkout.

What are your lead times?

We work with a mix of made to order and ready to ship pieces, so lead times run from around one week for smaller parcels up to around eight weeks for larger made to order items. We confirm the lead time for each piece when we quote.

Can you deliver to site, and do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver to studio, client or site addresses and can stagger delivery across a project. UK delivery is free over £150, and international and pallet rates are shown at checkout. Import duties outside the UK are the recipient's responsibility.

Bought the Kumo for a room in our property that always felt a bit flat

It has completely changed the space. It is big, properly a statement at 80cm, so go in knowing it fills the ceiling rather than sitting quietly in the corner.

The thing worth saying honestly: the fabric is matte, not glossy. It has the faintest sheen and a warm creamy colour, and where the pleats gather it deepens to a richer, warmer tone. If you are expecting a slick shiny silk pendant, this is not that. It is softer and more textural, and to me that is the whole appeal. It reads more like a piece of textile art than a light fitting, and it brings a real sense of calm and layering to the room.

Lovely warm glow through the fabric once lit, and the three bulbs are included, which was a nice surprise. It took about three weeks to arrive.

Would recommend, just buy it for what it is: warm, handmade and characterful.

I’m very happy with the Wabi linen sofa.

The linen has that slightly uneven, lived-in texture from day one, which is exactly what I wanted rather than something too polished. The skirted base makes it feel settled in the room, and the two-seater is generous without looking oversized.

The cushions are properly soft. You sit down and they give, rather than bouncing you back. It looks calm against the rest of the space and doesn’t fight with other furniture. Really pleased with how the look turned out.

My favourite side table!

I’m very happy with the brushed steel finish, it's softer and more understated than I expected, which is exactly what I wanted. It sits nicely next to our oak furniture without looking out of place.

The size is perfect for beside the sofa. The open shelf underneath is useful for books and the odd remote. It feels solid and well made, and so far it just needs a quick wipe now and then. Really pleased we went for this one.

Really pleased with this purchase. Delivery went smoothly and the table arrived in perfect condition.

I love how solid and heavy the Hira coffee table feels. The dark oak boards have a rich grain and the low, chunky design gives it a strong presence without looking bulky. It sits beautifully in front of the sofa and the reclaimed timber finish is even nicer in person than in the photos.

Very happy with both the quality and the look. Highly recommend.

Delivery was smooth and arrived in good time, carefully packaged with no issues.
The rattan dining chairs themselves are lovely. The hand-woven cane seat and back feel solid and look exactly as shown, clean mid-century lines with the black wood frame and chrome cantilever base.

They’re comfortable for everyday dining, light enough to move around easily, and add a nice natural texture that fits really well with a Japandi-style space.

Quality is great for the price, and I’m really happy with them. Would definitely buy from Fjord & Fuji again.
