Returns & Refunds

We are a small business and do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges beyond your statutory rights. We ask that you read product descriptions carefully, check dimensions, and buy with intention.

Your statutory rights
If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@fjordandfuji.com with your order number. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 7 days of cancellation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@fjordandfuji.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the damage
  • A photo of the shipping label

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Once packing and shipping has started, cancellations are no longer possible. Contact us via the chat on the website or at contact@fjordandfuji.com as soon as possible.
