A small catalogue ships at different speeds. We have built four delivery tiers so customers know what to expect for the specific piece they're buying.
UK Stock / 2 to 5 working days
Pieces we hold in the UK. Small ceramics, selected tableware, and a handful of decor items. Dispatched within 24 hours of order; arrives within the working week.
Standard / 7 to 10 working days
Small decor and tabletop pieces shipping from overseas makers. Quality checked, packed carefully, and tracked to your door.
Considered / up to 3 weeks
Medium furniture, lighting and larger ceramics. The extra time covers careful packing for fragile pieces, longer-haul shipping, and the quality check we do before any larger item leaves the warehouse.
Made to Order / up to 30 days
Sofas, large furniture, and low-volume pieces. Made or held to order. The 30-day window is standard for furniture at this scale and reflects the time needed to make, finish, and ship a single piece rather than pulling it off a shelf.

Shipping costs
Free UK delivery on all orders over £150. Below that, standard UK rates apply, calculated at checkout.
EU and international delivery is calculated at checkout based on destination, size and weight. Smaller orders may still qualify for free EU delivery over £150, shown at checkout.
Larger and oversized pieces, such as sofas, dining tables, coffee tables and mirrors, are excluded from free delivery and carry a flat delivery charge that reflects their size. For a small number of remote destinations an additional surcharge may apply; if it does, we will always contact you to confirm before dispatch.
International delivery
Available to most countries. Delivery windows extend by 3 to 7 days depending on destination. Customs duties may apply at the destination country and are the buyer's responsibility.
Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. For Considered and Made to Order pieces, we send a separate confirmation when the piece enters the shipping phase.
Damages and returns
Any piece arriving damaged is replaced or refunded in full. Notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. See our returns policy for full details.
