Returns policy
Fjord and Fuji strongly promotes mindful shopping practices and encourages customers to meticulously consider their purchases. As we are a small-company we currently do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for change of mind or other non-defective reasons, allowing us to maintain fair pricing and focus on delivering you unique products.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will gladly accept a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. The damaged or defective item must be reported within 3 days and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage must be provided.
3. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
To report a damaged or defective item, email us at contact@fjordandfuji.com with the following details:
• Your order number.
• Photos or video of the item.
• A photo of the shipping label you received.
Once the damaged item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Exchanges
We exclusively process exchanges for defective or damaged items. The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return the defective or damaged product. Once the return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire.
Order Cancellation
Customers have the option to cancel orders within 12 hours before items are processed. If your order has been paid, and you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us through the chat box on the bottom-right corner of our website or email us at contact@fjordandfuji.com within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has commenced, orders can no longer be canceled or modified.
