We are a small business and ask that you read product descriptions carefully and check dimensions before buying. Nothing below affects your statutory rights.

Returns policy

Your right to cancel
If you are a UK customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email contact@fjordandfuji.com with your order number. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of cancellation. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Made-to-order items
Items made or finished to order are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right once production has begun, as allowed under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. These are marked as made to order on the product page.

Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, you have the right to reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us with your order number, photos or video of the damage, and a photo of the shipping label. Once inspected, we will arrange a replacement, refund or store credit, and we cover return shipping on faulty items.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before processing begins. Once packing has started, contact us as soon as possible and we will help where we can.
