Shizuku Polished Chrome Tray | Catch-All Dish

The Shizuku Chrome Tray is built around a single sculptural gesture: a small polished tray with an organic, lobed silhouette, as if a single drop of molten metal had cooled before it finished settling. The form catches and holds light differently to a clean rectangle, with the curves of the edge breaking and softening reflections across the surface.

Sized at 23 x 15.5 cm, it sits comfortably on a vanity, a bedside table, an entryway console, or alongside a stack of books. Used to hold rings, watches, keys, or a single small object, it transforms an everyday surface into a considered one. Used alone, it reads as a small sculptural object in its own right.

Shizuku means droplet in Japanese. The form was named after what it looks like.
