Colonna, Ribbed Terracotta Planter

The Colonna is a ribbed terracotta planter with a straight, architectural line, finished in the same weathered, mossed-earth clay as the rest of the range. Vertical ribbing runs the full height of the body, catching light and shadow like the fluting on a column.

The form is upright and steady: straight sides, a clean rolled rim, a quietly classical feel. At 17.5cm across (15cm inner) and 14.5cm tall it holds its own as a single indoor plant pot and looks deliberate lined up in a row of three along a shelf, step or sheltered terrace.

The porous terracotta is hand-finished, so each piece carries its own subtle variation. The most graphic pot in the range, the one that reads as design rather than nursery.

Colonna takes its name from the Italian word for column.
