The Terra Aged Terracotta Planter is built around the patina that classic Mediterranean garden pottery develops over years of sun, rain and oxidation. Here, that weathering is built in. The body sits in warm terracotta; the rim and shoulder darken into a deeper, burnished burnt-earth tone, as if the piece has already lived several seasons outdoors.
The form is traditional baluster: narrow neck, generously rounded body, small foot, sitting in its matching saucer. Suits a single statement plant or a small cluster of trailing greenery, indoors or out. It works as comfortably on a stone floor next to a doorway as it does on a kitchen windowsill.
Mediterranean terracotta is in a deliberate, deeper return: less bright clay, more burnt earth after rain. Terra meets the moment without chasing it. The patina was always going to be the work.
Two sizes are available. Both arrive with the matching saucer.
Terra is the Italian and Latin word for earth. Hardly needs explaining.
